Discovering Tuscan gold: the history and cultivation of olive oil.With Tuscan Food & Wine you will learn to taste extra virgin olive oil in a sensory experience that will involve sight, smell and of course taste. The tasting will focus on three types of Tuscan extra virgin olive oil and will be accompanied by typical foods produced on our farm or by other local farms:

- Pinzimoniowith seasonal vegetables

- Homegrown olives
The tasting of Tuscan extra virgin olive oil with Tuscan Food & Wine is a unique and affordable experience. It is indeed possible to book a tasting for only € 20 per person.
We organize our olive oil tastings at Casa alle Vacche, near San Gimignano, between Florence and Siena. We are also easily accessible from Pisa, Arezzo and other areas of Tuscany and neighboring regions.
